Hi I am Sandra, married with four children life can be quiet hectic. Eating healthily is now a way of life for me and I love to try out simple recipes that not alone suit me but the whole family also. Time out for me would be heading to the nearby beach or the cliff walk to keep active.
Hello everyone, I am Rita the other half of San Rita Wellness. I love bringing the wellness aspect into our plan. Personally I enjoy dancing as it is a great activity, enjoyable and I feel fantastic afterwards which is important for overall health and wellness.
A little introduction to San Rita Wellness for anyone new following us. San Rita Wellness was created by us, Sandra and Rita who ourselves have made our own journey through Weight loss and Wellness. From this we have created San Rita Wellness and we are leading the way in motivating people to achieve their dream of becoming the best version of themselves on their own weight loss and Wellness Journey.
We are two sisters who grew up in Ballybunion,Co.Kerry. Between the two of us we have over 30 years of professional experience in the Weightloss and Wellness industry.

In Person Meetings
Come and join one of our friendly, fun, informative and supportive groups where a warm welcome awaits you.
Private weigh in and motivational talk in every meeting. We hold our weekly Weightloss and Wellness "In Person Meetings" in Listowel Co.Kerry. For us the main core of our Weight loss and Wellness plan is to "Eat Well, Feel Well, Live Well,"

At Home Service
If you can't make our meetings we also offer an "At Home Service". No matter where you live in Ireland you can join San Rita Wellness from the comfort of your own home. This includes weekly weigh in accountability, a personal wellness phone call for support and also a 30 minute live motivational talk each week through Zoom which we also record for you to watch back on your phone at a time that suits you.

One to One Service
We also offer a " One to One Service" for members who would prefer a more in depth consultation to work privately on a one to one basis. With this service members submit their daily food intake and activity level for extra support and accountability.
